Following the grape harvest, Montesquius selects the best musts from various grape varieties, such as macabeo, xarel·lo, parellada, chardonnay, or monastrell, to transform them into cavas and wines that can truly reflect their origin. Throughout the production process, they meticulously oversee aging times and ensure optimal conditions, a process that has allowed Montesquius to offer Reserva and Gran Reserva wines.
