Partners areaHow do booking requests work?
- Visitors to 4Vides will be able to request an experience through a form.
- Only services that meet our minimum quality requirements will be available for pre-booking.
- When a visitor fills out a form, our partners will receive an email in their inbox and a notification in their partners' area.
- Both in the email and in the partners' area, the details of the request will be specified, including user data, requested date, number of people, and total amount.
- The winery must contact the visitor within a maximum of 48 hours to finalize the necessary steps to confirm the visit.
- 4Vides will monitor the reservation process with both the winery and the visitor.
- The partners' area is a private control panel where wineries can manage their reservations, as well as manage their winery information and services for free.
