COUNTRY HOUSE
Quinta de São Francisco Houses is a country house with 4 (+1) distinct accommodation units. We aim to provide a stay that blends the history and rural identity of Portugal with the excellent wines of the Dão region.
ACCOMMODATION
In respect for the existing structures, we have renovated 4 (+1) accommodation units where the old seamlessly coexists with the contemporary. Once settled into your "space" of accommodation, you will be welcomed by simple decor that honors the property's history. Neutral tones will prevail, following a natural and rustic line, with items from various styles, some of which belong to the main house.
During June, July, August, and September, you can enjoy a granite swimming pool situated in the center of the gardens, reminiscent of an aristocratic past when these gardens were the focal point of the space.
In addition to walks around the estate, we offer seasonal agricultural activities, with the harvest and wine production process being the most notable.
At designated times, we will host workshops such as traditional wood-fired bread baking, among others announced in our newsletter, including yoga/pilates classes in the outdoor areas of our gardens.*
