Severino is located in the town of Montejo de la Vega de la Serrezuela, within the province of Segovia. Among the wines from this winery, we find those with the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin (D.O).

PRESENTATION OF THE WINERY

Bodega Severino Sanz is dedicated to the production, distribution, and sale of wine, as well as to the promotion of wine culture.

It is located in Montejo de la Vega de la Serrezuela, a municipality with an area of 27.85 km² and a population of 171 inhabitants. It is the only winery in the province of Segovia with the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin.

It comprises about 28 hectares of Tempranillo vines, some of which are over a hundred years old. The winery is notable for combining traditional and modern techniques in its winemaking process.

Our goal is to achieve excellence in the vineyard in order to produce the best wine—small quantities, but of the highest quality.

The doors of our winery are open for you to experience the winemaking process and taste our wines on-site.
