PRESENTATION OF THE WINERY


Located in the heart of Collserola, Can Calopa de Dalt is the centenary farmhouse where we produce unique wines and oils, the only ones born in Barcelona, and since 2010 we have been keeping the city's wine heritage alive by giving life to a social inclusion project that promotes peri-urban agroecology.

Our aim is to be a reference winery and, at the same time, a space for the promotion of gastronomic culture, quality leisure, awareness of rural heritage and the celebration of unique events in the metropolitan area of Barcelona.

The best way to get to know L'Olivera up close is to go inside the winery, treading the vines where the wines are born and walking through the history that has brought us to the present day. And, obviously, tasting the wines that are the end result of this commitment to authenticity, collective learning and loyalty to the land we live in.

An ideal visit to start the day surrounded by nature very close to the city. Among vineyards we will start this walk through the wine history of Collserola to finish visiting the cellar of the Can Calopa farmhouse, where L'Olivera produces the only wine of the city of Barcelona. We will finish with a country breakfast in the old kitchen of the farmhouse or, if the weather is good, on the terrace-viewpoint overlooking Tibidabo.
