Very complete tour, where they take their time at different stages to explain in detail each phase, demonstrating a broad wine culture. For example, in the vineyard, in addition to tasting a Verdejo white wine, you will learn about the importance of the vegetation cover for the organic vineyard. Likewise, in the winery they explain the system of biological aging under flor, oxidative and mixed aging and the aging system. The tasting that will take place afterwards lasts fifty minutes and consists of four organic wines.
