In the treasured barrel room, the various types of wine we produce rest, with an automated system controlling temperature and humidity. In that silence, they develop their unique character in barrels of different origins (100% French and American oak) until the ideal moment for bottling.

These are limited-production wines, made with all our enthusiasm.

A FIVE-FORK RESTAURANT IN TORO
Our passion for gastronomy and the principles of elegance and quality have culminated in a "five-fork" restaurant, with a cozy and unique ambiance in the area. The decoration project was entrusted to a renowned local company, achieving the vision that the San José-Fito family intended to convey: exclusivity and intimacy, creating a feeling of being at home.

In the restaurant, we strive for excellence in every one of our gastronomic offerings, which we prefer to describe as "authentic experiences," whether dining à la carte, being surprised by the tasting menu, or enjoying a customized menu for a family gathering or business meeting.

For special occasions such as a dinner with friends, a business lunch, a family gathering, a birthday celebration, or a pre-wedding party, we offer the "Reservado," a private and exclusive space with personalized settings and menus.
