Valbusenda hotel bodega & spa is in the town of de Toro, in the region of Zamora.

Knowledge gives us the privilege of being able to enjoy our environment, the first step towards conservation. With this philosophy a unique project was born in Valbusenda with the aim of recovering the ancestral knowledge transmitted orally between generations, and to value the traditional knowledge, the oenological heritage of the region and the plant biodiversity of the environment through differentiating experiences.


VISIT TO VALBUSENDA WINERY
It is a visit to the winery with a unique design that emerges from the mountain to learn about the magic of the process that transforms the grapes from our own vineyards into wine, into Toro red wine. A different tasting where the secrets are revealed to better understand the language of D.O. Toro wine, enjoy its flavor and appreciate its nuances.


AMPELOGRAPHIC GARDEN

TRAINING GARDEN
Dedicated exclusively to the study of different planting systems. The Garden of Formations is a vineyard training plantation where the visitor can discover the different formations that exist in the world and why one or the other is used depending on the cultivation areas.


ETHNOBOTANICAL ROUTES
Two itineraries on foot through the Valley of the Good Path -the Bear Path and the Elm Path- with which to discover the surrounding botanical environment and its traditional uses through explanatory panels of the wide floristic catalog that the environment offers us.
