Lebrija's winery-museum full of history.Halcón winery is in the wine region area of Jerez
As you enter its doors, you jump into the past, to its beginnings in 1711. Its gardens welcome you with a mixture of fragrances in which the generous wine brings a deep and ancient note. Characters from the past, pirates, Andalusian patios. And its cellars, where old barrels, some of them centuries old, educate the wine and prepare it for the pleasure of tasting.
Eno-experience in which history and love for nature are of great importance. They welcome you in their old gardens and tell you the history of the winery that dates back to the early eighteenth century. In addition, they explain the complex system of criaderas and soleras with which Jerez wine is made. The tasting will take place in an area where butts and wine machinery are exhibited.
