Since its inception, the objective has been to develop premium sparkling wines for the high-end segment. A market with great potential and growth in the region.
At the beginning, one of the priorities of the project was to find the most appropriate place to plant the vineyards and build the winery, in order to meet the objective of producing sparkling wines of the highest level.
To this end, the ideal characteristics to be found were identified.
Thus, areas of good altitude, well-drained soils, and good temperatures were chosen. Cruzat's sparkling wines, made using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, are a reflection of the constant search for excellence and the constant concern for each and every detail in the winemaking process.
