THE WINES OF TORRE DE PALMA

The Torre de Palma estate is located in the heart of the Alto Alentejo wine region, in Monforte, Portalegre. This project is focused on producing signature wines, such as the Arinto and Alvarinho blend, that respect the terroir. These wines are practically handmade, produced in small batches with minimal intervention, allowing the wine to express its full potential.

THE WINERY

This boutique winery is an ex-libris, a symbol of the wine culture that exists at Torre de Palma.

The main objective was to build a traditional winery, with small marble lagares from the region for treading and fermenting red grapes, and cooled cement tanks, reviving a series of artisanal winemaking processes that are now considered the state of the art for the best wines.

In this space, you can also find the barrel room and a tasting room.

THE HOTEL

With an author-designed architecture characterized by simplicity and sophistication, the accommodation at Torre de Palma Hotel is truly welcoming. All rooms and suites at Torre de Palma Wine Hotel are very comfortable and spacious, featuring a Queen or King-size bed, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, minibar, safe, telephone, hairdryer, Portuguese Benamôr amenities, internet, bathrobe and slippers, iPod connection, and high-definition LCD TV. Some rooms can accommodate extra beds and cribs.
