The winery has a built area of 1,100 square meters. It is a boutique winery with a capacity of 160,000 liters, with the possibility of doubling or even tripling its capacity using the current infrastructure and with the option of further expansions if necessary.
This is a winery where every detail has been carefully considered to produce high-end wines. It is one of the few wineries located in the valleys where gravity is utilized: all the crushing is done using the natural slopes of the terrain, at more than one meter above the top openings of the tanks.
All the walls are made of exposed brick with windows for ventilation, and glass brick details allow natural light to enter the winery. The walls with the most sun exposure are double-layered with insulating chambers to provide better thermal insulation.
The roof is parabolic in shape and has a special membrane across its entire surface, 15 mm thick, to also prevent heat from entering.
There is a 125 square meter underground cellar with a temperature suitable for barrel storage.
It has a fully equipped laboratory for conducting all the necessary analyses to ensure the quality of the wines.
Additionally, there is an office-meeting room with a view of the entire interior of the winery.

It is located in the heart of the Quebrada de Las Flechas, at km 4408 of National Route 40 and 5 km from the city of Angastaco, within the San Carlos department. This ravine is one of the most important tourist spots on the mentioned route.
