Located in Salta and situated at more than 1,700 meters above sea level, it is one of the emblems of the Calchaquí Valleys. Its beauty lies in its landscapes with curious geological formations of reddish colorations. The stony soils make up a natural challenge that requires that each portion of soil is specially studied and then each planting of vines is done by hand.
Poor alluvial soils, sunny mornings and mild afternoons in the summer months that allow long ripening periods and a marked thermal amplitude make Cafayate an exceptional terroir. Its vineyards are worked day by day creating stories that are reflected in the harvests, marks that influence the quality of its grapes and from which are born perfect wines.
