Cava Rovellats is located in Sant Martí Sarroca, in the province of Barcelona. The D.O. Penedés qualifies the wines of this winery.
On this visit, you will descend to a depth of twelve meters to visit a radial cellar with a six-pointed star structure, unique in the world. Afterwards, you will taste three of its cellars.
A tour of the estate's modernist gardens before visiting an authentic 15th century farmhouse, with a family chapel and a cellar located twelve meters below the ground. To culminate the visit, enjoy a guided tasting of four cavas with a tasting of Catalan cured meats and artisan cheeses.

Overlooking the Penedés and the mountain of Montserrat, have breakfast in the vineyard with bread with tomato, sausage, cheese, chocolate and fruit paired with wine and cava. Afterwards, you can visit the winery.
Tour of the vineyard in a classic convertible and stop to contemplate the scenery with glass in hand. Upon returning to the winery, the visit and tasting will take place.
