The Casal Fuentes Winery aims to be an Enotourism Centre, consisting of a plantation of vines of the Albariño variety (80% Loureira 15%) and Treixadura (5%), with a plantation area of around eight thousand metres; an artisan winery where only the harvest from the estate is produced; a tapas bar where the wine can be tasted and accompanied by typical local dishes; and finally, one day, some rooms to complement the wine tourism activity, converting it into a "Casa de Labranza" (farmhouse).

The planting was carried out in the spring of 2003, after preparing the land, and the first harvest and production took place in the autumn of 2008, the year in which the Tapería and the Tasting Room were opened. Since then, the harvest and only the harvest has been handmade.
