Visit Adegas galegas - Pazo de Almuiña winery

Experimental and creative boutique winery.

Located in the southwest of Galicia in the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin, and more specifically in the subzones of O Condado and O Rosal, Adegas Galegas was founded in 1995. Our main objective has always been to combine and transmit the richness of the vineyards of the area through the quality of our wines.
In the small winery of Pazo de Almuíña we experiment with different varietals to produce unique wines such as Veigadares, known as the white of whites, Gran Veigadares, or the exclusive capsule collection of single-varietal D. Pedro Castes Autóctonas wines.

It is in this boutique winery where we elaborate wines that manage to transmit the diversity and richness of the Rías Baixas. In addition to different grape varieties, we use tanks made from different types of wood, sizes, origins and toasting, and we use various winemaking processes in order to achieve high quality wines with differentiating characteristics.



As in most of the buildings of the time, the winery is located on the first floor of the building, seeking an appropriate temperature and humidity for the preservation of the vineyard.
