A fantastic experience where you board a winery eno-van to reach the highest part of the vineyard. Afterwards, visit the aging room in the winery, followed by a tasting accompanied by cured cheese and breadsticks.

In our eno-van, we’ll take you to the highest part of the vineyard, where you can appreciate the complexity of our soils and the biodynamic cultivation method we follow. Back at the winery, we’ll enter the barrel room, where we’ll show aging containers of various sizes and compositions. We conclude with a tasting of Sardón and Quinta Sardonia, our flagship wines, paired with cured sheep’s cheese from Pico Melero and breadsticks.
