Quinta Sardonia produces Tierra de Castilla y León wines using biodynamic methods, aiming to achieve a good balance between soil, climate, grape variety, and environment.
We begin in the vineyard, where we apply the principles of biodynamics, and finish with a tasting of Sardón and Quinta Sardonia, paired with an appetizer made in the Sardón Estate.
A fantastic experience where you board a winery eno-van to reach the highest part of the vineyard. Afterwards, visit the aging room in the winery, followed by a tasting accompanied by cured cheese and breadsticks.
