Our winery's name is inspired by the luthier, a master craftsman who dedicates their life to crafting musical instruments capable of evoking emotions for centuries. We believe that wine, crafted with patience and tradition, can share this same evocative power. With the finest grapes, skilled winemaking, and noble aging, each glass tells a story of our land, its history, present, and future, while invigorating the spirit.

Our Journey Begins

Our journey began in 2009 when two passionate wine enthusiasts, Fernando and Cristina, set out to create a high-quality Tempranillo, a native grape variety that truly embodies the essence of Ribera del Duero. The result was Hispania, aged in Spanish oak, and Lara O, a wine that prioritizes elegance and subtlety over fleeting trends and critical acclaim. We have dedicated significant effort to exporting our wines, showcasing the exceptional quality that can be achieved with our Tempranillo and our rich winemaking traditions.

Our Home

After the success of our initial wines, produced in a rented winery, we proudly opened Bodegas Territorio Luthier in August 2018. Nestled in a stunning location just five minutes from Aranda de Duero, our winery is surrounded by pine trees, junipers, and deer. Here, we focus on crafting wines that evolve gracefully over time, maintaining their sensitivity and vitality, much like the music created by a luthier.
