"Nilva is located in Manilva, a town in the province of Málaga. At the end of your visit, you can purchase our wines directly from our on-site store.

Our small, boutique winery, NILVA, produces fewer than 8,000 bottles per year, making it a true 'garage wine'.

The Moscatel de Alejandría grape has long been the foundation for Málaga's renowned sweet wines.

By producing dry wines, we are pioneering a new frontier for the Moscatel de Alejandría grape.

NILVA is a dry wine that is both modern and unique. Its fruity, aromatic, and refreshing profile, along with a subtle saline note from its coastal proximity, makes it a surprising and versatile companion to a wide range of dishes, including local seafood, rice dishes, pasta, pâté, foie gras, salads, Asian cuisine, and even steak tartare or carpaccio."
