The story of Casas do Côro wines begins with the acquisition of ancient vineyards over 80 years old in Marialva, an extraordinary terroir located at 600 meters of altitude, between Beira Interior and the Douro.

Over time, this project expanded with the planting of 9 hectares of select white grape varieties, reflecting the friendship between Cármen and Paulo Romão, owners of Casas do Côro, and Rui Madeira, winemaker. United by their origins in the Beira Interior, they share a deep passion for their homeland, its traditions, scents, and flavors, firmly believing in and investing in a territory they consider unique.

Their wines stand out for their freshness, strong mineral character, and vibrant acidity. But above all, they are wines with soul, proving that great wines have the power to bring people together and create lasting friendships.
