Do you want to know how champagne is made in Argentina?Champañera Miguel Mas winery is in the wine region area of Rutas del vino de San Juan
Located 11 km from the capital of San Juan, in the town of Pocito, in an area surrounded by vineyards that contrast with the blue of the hill. Champañera Miguel Más combines the family tradition of making handcrafted wines and sparkling wines with the mystique of organic agriculture.
Champañera Miguel Más is associated with international Slow Food through the Slow Food Raíz de Cuyo Convivium, which promotes Good, Clean and Fair: good because the products must have natural, good and pleasant flavors, clean because we work on organic production and environmental protection, and fair because we try to link directly with the consumer.

The visit begins with a walk through the vineyards where the organic production process will be explained, followed by a tour of the winery with a tasting of a Premium Cabernet Sauvignon wine and a visit to the sparkling wine cellar with an explanation of the champenoise method including remuage, sediment frizzling, disgorgement and final corking.
In this practice, the tourists will be able to participate in the canopy control, taking into account the desired sunlight to produce high quality wines with an adequate load of tannins and concentration of their juices.
In this experience we will work with white and red finished sparkling wines. The objective is first to define the color that we like or that we find more attractive to the eye to formalize a Rosse sparkling wine.
