In the town of Quintanilla de Onésimo, in the province of Valladolid, you will find Bodegas Ribón. The D.O. Ribera del Duero certifies the wines from this winery.

WINERY PRESENTATION

"The winery, located in the urban center of Quintanilla de Onésimo, is housed in a stately building made of stone and solid brick. This structure dates back to the early 20th century and has been adapted to maintain its original architecture for winemaking, incorporating the most contemporary enological techniques.

Once the winemaking process is completed in small temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine is transferred to oak barrels to begin the aging process. In a calm and sterile environment, 300 barrels of American and French oak rest, which are renewed annually. Each type of oak imparts its particular character to the wine, and with the combination of both barrel types, our wines mature before being presented to the market, supported by the prestige and personality that only the winemaking tradition and the experience of the Ribón family can provide.

The family-owned winery seal, moderation in production, and a strong commitment to the quality of our vineyards are the traits that set us apart. Respect for the raw material, careful selection and production, serenity during the aging process, and tranquility in the winery are constant principles at Bodegas Ribón.
