The wine of the paradisela Montaña winery is in the wine region area of Gran Canaria
Bodega La Montaña is located at an altitude of approximately 800
metres. The production, by gravity, has three levels: reception, maceration and elaboration. The wine is stored in a natural cave dug in
the ground, where the wine’s charisma is formed in the final step of
the process.
