The 2.5 Vinhos de Belmonte Lda. is a company established in 2009, located in Caria, in the municipality of Belmonte. It was born from the desire of five partners, long-time winegrowers in the region, to unite around a common project. The five partners manage a wine production area of 55 hectares, featuring sandy and granite-origin soils. The winery has an annual production capacity of 1 million bottles and crafts its wines under the guidance of winemaker Anselmo Mendes.
