The past of the El Estarijo estate comes to mind when we contemplate the winery building, from the beginning of the 20th century, where the El Estarijo aerodrome was located. The winery is surrounded by 110 hectares with different grape varieties, fruit trees and olive trees.
After an introduction to the history of the winery, carried out in the vineyard itself, the visitor will enter its facilities where he will learn about the winemaking process of Heraclio Alfaro wines, with special attention to the barrel room.
Afterwards, there will be a tasting of two wines accompanied by a small aperitif.
