In 1982 Florentino Arzuaga, founder of the winery, acquired the private estate "La Planta". During your visit, you will be able to enjoy the largest extension of vineyards on the Golden Mile. In a single area of 1,500 hectares, the estate has, in addition to 150 hectares of vineyards of different varieties that we can identify, a big game hunting reserve where wild boar, deer and mouflon live side by side.
Visitors will be able to enjoy an attractive walk in a free natural environment. The visit will take place along unpaved rural roads typical of vineyards and farms. Depending on the season, you will be able to touch the soil at the foot of the vineyard, taste the grapes from the vines themselves, analyse the differences between varieties and learn about the different types of pruning. Put your nose to the test with fresh aromas. To end the visit to our estate in harmony, we will invite you to recharge your batteries with positive energy by embracing our thousand-year-old holm oak tree.
After the visit to the estate, we will show you the most advanced oenology techniques applied to our facilities, we will follow the process of elaboration, harvesting and transformation of the grapes.
Afterwards, you will be able to taste the proof of Arzuaga's know-how, with three wines of great popularity among our distinguished customers, accompanied by a seasonal gastronomic suggestion.
