WINERY PRESENTATION
A unique horseshoe-shaped design symbolizes a passion for fine-blooded horses. Due to its location at the foot of the hill, the fermentation facilities have a notable incline that allows grapes and musts to be processed by gravity, reducing the need for pump equipment. This technique significantly minimizes the risk of oxidation, results in softer tannins, and helps protect the wine's aromas and flavors.
