D.O.P. Cebreros Winery
Our winery is a pioneering and model project, achieved thanks to the determination of its creator, Lidio Nieto Jiménez, who managed to merge different smallholdings to bring together the 40 hectares of vineyards that surround the building. In some areas, the traditional bush vine cultivation method has been preserved, while in previously barren land, the decision has been made to plant trellised vines, which are much more suitable for new technologies and the health of the vineyard.
The modern facilities have been designed to optimize the processes. At each stage, winemaking is carried out with the rigor it deserves, respecting the wine, the people involved in its production, and the final consumer.
The production focuses on our native grapes: Garnacha for red wines and Albillo Real for white wines, although complemented by a small plantation of Tempranillo. After a selective harvest, carried out at the optimal moment of ripeness and in the coolest hours of the day, even at night, to avoid the warming of the grapes and excessive sugar content, aging takes place in containers made from different types of wood and volumes. Finally, the wines round off their complexity in the bottle, in the cage room.
The result is wines that express the full personality of the terroir, waiting to be released within the walls of our winery—a winery with soul.

Tierras de Cebreros is much more than just a winery. The wine tourism complex houses a charming hotel, where guests can end their experience by resting in the heart of nature. Its twelve rooms overlook the Alberche Valley, an idyllic landscape that envelops the peaceful tranquility of these magnificent rooms.
Gastronomic Experience
With large windows open to the surrounding vineyards, the Tierras de Cebreros restaurant offers a gastronomic menu based on local products. Its cuisine, inspired by traditional recipes, is served with a contemporary presentation that surprises the diner. "Huevos del Barraco," cheeses from La Adrada and Candeleda, and Avileña black beef are just a few of the irresistible local delicacies, harmonized with our wines.
