It was built on the right bank of the Zonda estuary, with an area of 500 m2.

Its construction is suitable for local, warm climates. It has double walls, with great thickness of insulation between both walls and roof, which allows it to maintain low temperatures inside.

It has a capacity of 120 thousand liters.

Location
The province of San Juan, Argentina, is geographically located between 31° and 32° South Latitude.

The viticulture in San Juan is mainly developed in the Tulum Valley. Located at the foot of the Andes Mountain Range (altitudes from 1600 to 6400 meters above sea level), the Tulum Valley extends from north to south, in the central-southern part of San Juan, with an approximate length of 100 kilometers and an altitude ranging from 650 to 750 meters above sea level, forming a privileged region for the development of viticulture.
