Hotel & Winery Señorío de Nevada, un entorno único para cosechar momentos inolvidables.
History of the Winery
Our winery, spanning 21 hectares, is located at the entrance to the Alpujarra, at an altitude of just over 650 meters above sea level. Its slate mountain terroir is rich in minerals and benefits from a miraculous microclimate, a remarkable combination of climatic factors typical of the Sierra, the sea, and three local rivers, which further define the region's unique geography. This leads to temperature fluctuations ranging from 35ºC during the day to 12 or 14ºC at night, particularly during the grape maturation months. For this reason, the harvest typically takes place in October, following a calm and extended maturation period, unaffected by rain and enhanced by radiant sunshine.
