Four decades ago, the families of winemakers who founded Dominio de la Vega were the main actors in the first steps of CAVA in Requena, our region. From the very beginning, almost two decades ago, they made a firm commitment to extract and reveal the full potential hidden in our native BOBAL variety, a silent, long and constant work (even misunderstood at the beginning).
