Making wine since 1707, they are the founders of the Cambados Albariño Festival.

The Zárate family has been caring for and protecting its own vineyards, many of which are over a hundred years old, for seven generations. More than 400 years of history and tradition attached to a land that expresses itself through its wines.

The Zárate family is a pioneer in the production of Albariño as we know it today. In recent years, other native red varieties of great value to the wine industry have also been recovered, which have been forgotten in the Salnés Valley for more than a century: Caiño Tinto, Loureiro Tinto and Espadeiro.
