The winery has an area of 2,100 square meters built. It is a winery with a capacity of 1,800,000 liters at present with a growth potential of 3,000,000 liters for the year 2008.
The winery consists of two warehouses, one with cement tanks, while the second has stainless steel tanks with cold channels. The roof is parabolic and has a special 15 mm thick membrane over its entire surface to prevent the passage of heat.
